Welcome to the Website of the
Victory Nazarene Church
Teen Quiz Team!

Our Mission
To study, learn and memorize the Word of God,
to fellowship with Christian teens across the state and country,
and to show the love and attitude of Jesus to everyone we meet.

Once when Jesus was praying in private and his disciples were with him, he asked them, "Who do the crowds say I am?"
They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, that one of the prophets of long ago has come back to life."
"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
Peter answered, "The Christ of God."
Luke 9:18 - 20

Besides studying and training our own team for competition, we are also committed to encouraging other churches to begin their own Bible Bowl Quiz Teams.

If you would be interested in beginning a Bible Bowl Quiz Team or quiz against us in a practice quiz, please contact us. We would be happy to help you in any way that we can.

May God Bless your efforts.

Quizzer's Prayer

God bless all the quizzers who have taken time to memorize the Word of God. Keep them strong and do not let evil tempt them. Help them to be good witnesses for you Lord and to witness to friends and family. I know giving up time is hard but this is the most worthy cause, to bring people to you Lord.

I pray this in your name. Amen.

Sharing Your Faith

It's not about you. You're not here because of who you are or what you did. You are on earth cuz God put you here. We are here to tell people about God. Live your life and share your faith. Some people may get offended. But at least they heard the truth and if you don't share it with people, that may have been the only opportunity for them to hear it. Ever. And it could be your fault that they never heard about the love of Jesus. Don't be afraid. God's love is awesome.
There's no shame in that.
What there's shame in, is knowing, and not telling people.
